Brown Sugar’s Delights (BSD) is a full-service catering company that specializes in “food for the soul”. With a passion for cooking and over 25 years of experience, BSD offers a variety that you won’t find anywhere else. From sweet to savory, healthy to indulgent, BSD gets it right - menus customized for you and your discerning guests.

The love for cooking and creating amazing gourmet menu items come from a long line of chefs on both sides of her family. As a child watching her elders prepare food, she would then recreate and revamp exquisite meals to create a dish that always evokes cries for “more”.
BSD specializes in “food for the soul”, using only the freshest ingredients, herbs and spices. Not afraid to experiment. Using the kitchen as a lab. BSD is a student of international palettes, supremely able to prepare many mouth-watering dishes from origins from the Caribbean, New Orleans, and the South; i.e. Cilantro Lime Shrimp, Seafood Strudel, Smothered Mixed Greens w/Stewed Tomatoes and Black Eyed Peas, Mac & Cheese, “Oh So Vegan Stew”, Vegan Empanadas and so many other delightful dishes.
In between mouthfuls, the word has gotten out about BSD and its cuisine has graced the tables of countless events, from parties in the Hamptons, weddings on the seas to off-Broadway theater cast parties. In fact, Al Gore, former Vice-President of the United States, put politics aside to savor the tasty morsels of BSD.
Experience Counts
BSD has prepared food for as few as two to as many as 300. When individuals decide to celebrate an event, special occasion or need meal prep for their busy lifestyles, they can hand over the total responsibility to BSD.
